Custom Configuration

Custom Configuration is basic configuration and can be applied to the current site.If you configure priority,job class and work order type at company level on the Service Management module of General Settings page, you can select them on the current page.

You can use it to:

  • Configure "Job Class, Priority, Work Order Type, Work Order Actual Time and Inspection QR Code Scanning."

General What you configure here can both be applied to Work Order, Inspection and Maintenance Plan sub-module.

Edit General Tab

Edit Job Class of Work Order and Priority of Work Order and Inspection Plan 1. Click "Edit".

2. Select the "Job Class and Priority" you want to configure for the current site.
Note: The default priority option from "Service Management" module of "General Settings" selected. It means you can add client-level priority names from the Service Management module in General Settings, and then select the priority for this site on this page, where the default priority selected at the client level must be selected at the site level.You can add client-level job class names from the Service Management module in General Settings, and then select the job class for this site on the Custom Configuration page.

3. Click "Save"

Edit Work Order Configuration Tab

Edit Work Order Type 1. Click "Edit"

2. Select "Work Order Type"
Note: It means you can add client-level work order type names from the Service Management module in General Settings, and then select the work order type for this site on this page.

3. Click "Save"
Edit Work Order Tag 1. Click "Edit"

2. Select the work order tag for this site
Note: Tags are configured on the General Settings- Service Management page.

3. Click "Save"
Configure Work Order QR Code Scanning 1. Click "Edit"

2. Move the "Work Order QR Code Scanning" button.
Note: It defines whether an operator needs to scan the equipment code to start/complete work.

3. Click "Save"

Edit Inspection Configuration Tab

Edit Inspection Plan Tag 1. Click "Edit"

2. Select the inspection plan tag for this site
Note: Tags are configured on the General Settings- Service Management page.

3. Click "Save"
Configure Inspection QR Code Scanning 1. Click "Edit"

2. Move the "Inspection QR Code Scanning" button.
Note: It defines whether an operator needs to scan the equipment or location code to start/complete work.

3. Click "Save"
Late Execution Settings 1. Click "Edit"

2. Move the "Allow delayed completion of inspection job" button.
Note: If selecting “Before the next scheduled inspection begins”,it means that the current inspection job can be completed as long as it is before the next inspection job stated time;If selecting “Within 30 minutes after the end time of the current work plan”,it means this inspection job scheduled completion time can be delayed for 30 minutes.

3. Click "Save"

Edit Maintenance Plan Tab

Edit Maintenance Plan Tag 1. Click "Edit"

2. Select the maintenance plan tag for this site
Note: Tags are configured on the General Settings- Service Management page.

3. Click "Save"
