Introduction and Layout

Akila Mobile is designed for operators to carry out work orders, inspections, offline tasks, alarm management and meter reading work on-site.

You can use it to:

  • Create and manage work orders.
  • Perform inspections and offline tasks.
  • View equipment details and their status.
  • View reports (charts) related to work orders, inspections, and equipment.
  • Receive notifications about work orders and inspections.
  • Manually log readings for all traditional meters.
  • Receive and close alarm notifications

Layout

Elements Description
Site Switcher Located in the top left corner. You can switch between sites here.
Home You can switch sites using the top left corner. You can click the cards in the middle of the app to access pending tasks. The "Scan" feature allows you to scan QR codes to view pending tasks associated with specific equipment or locations.
Application Displays the main features of the app.
Notifications A notification center for information from all sites that a user has access to.
Me Displays account information and system settings.
