Offline Work

Offline work means that an application can function without an active internet connection. This application lists all offline work.

You can use it to:

  • Execute inspection jobs when there is no internet connection.

Carry out Offline Inspection Job

  1. Tap "Offline Work" in Application.
    Note: Only inspection jobs with a scheduled start time later than the current time will be displayed in the offline work list.
  2. Tap the inspection job card.
  3. Tap "Start Job".
  4. Finish the tasks.
    Note: The inspection job will then display a "Pending Sync" label. When the internet connection is restored, the inspection job will automatically sync to the inspection job list. If there is a "Sync failed" label, it means either: the inspection job execution time is later than the scheduled completion time, another operator has already executed the inspection job, the inspection job was canceled, or if an inspection job was performed offline and upon network recovery it is found that the job is already in a "Canceled" status, then synchronization will not be successful and the job can only be deleted from the offline list.
