Login
You can log in to Akila using your account credentials or phone number. Below are the term explanations.

| Account and Password | The account can be either the user's mobile number or username |
| Forgot Password | After clicking "Forgot Password", you can provide the mobile number associated with your account. Upon entering the verification code received via text message, you can reset your password. |
| Download The App | You can download the app by clicking this button on the login page or on the personal account information page. Please refer to the app download page for details. For iOS users, you can scan the iOS QR code to go directly to the App Store or search for "Akila Mobile" in the App Store to download the app. For Android users, you can find and download the Akila App by searching for "Akila Mobile" on Google Play. If that's not an option, you can use the QR code on our platform to access and download the app. |

Login to Akila
- Enter your account and password.
Note: For account security, please set a strong password that does not include consecutive numbers, consecutive letters, repeated characters, or simple keyboard patterns. When you log in to our platform or mobile app for the first time, you will need to reset your password after receiving a security prompt. Simply enter and confirm your new password. - Click "Login".
Note: By logging in, you agree to the User Privacy Policy.

Single Sign-On
- Enter the custom URL in your browser to access the login page.
- Log in with your Akila account credentials or click the Microsoft logo.
Note: If you choose to log in with Microsoft, you can use your Microsoft account to access Akila, eliminating the need to remember multiple usernames and passwords.
Forgot Password
- Click "Forgot Password" on the login page.
- Enter the phone number you used when registering your account.
- Enter the verification code.
- Click "Next".
- Enter your new password.
- Click "Confirm".
Password Expiration
- You will see a pop-up reminder on the web or mobile app.
- Click "Update Now".
- Enter and confirm your new password.
- Log in again to the web or mobile app with your new password.
Note: When you are already logged in, you will receive two types of pop-ups: one when the password expiration countdown is within 10 days (including 10 days), and another when the password has already expired (after 90 days).
Reset Password
- Click on your profile icon (after logging in).
- Click "Account Information".
- Click "Reset Password".
- Enter your new password.
- Click "Confirm" and log in again with your new password.
Note: This is the standard method for resetting your password. When you log in to our platform or mobile app for the first time, you will also need to reset your password after receiving a security prompt. Simply enter and confirm your new password.
