New Feature

Third-party Alarm Integration
We can receive alarm messages from various on-site alarm systems and automatically convert them into a unified Akila alarm format. Even when different sites use their own alarm rules and fault codes, you no longer need to switch between multiple systems. All alarms are centrally displayed on our platform, with full support for viewing details, running statistics, and sending notifications. Alarm information is no longer scattered, responses become faster, and equipment can be inspected and maintained earlier, avoiding prolonged abnormal operation. This effectively extends asset life and makes your daily maintenance work simpler and more efficient.

Feature Improvements
Platform
AI Insights Interaction Flexibility Upgrade
This update brings more flexible interactions to AI Insights button on the Energy Consumption Diagnosis tab of AI Reports & Insights page. You can now drag the floating button to any preferred position, and freely move or resize the expanded panel (width/height) to suit your workflow. AI Insights no longer stays fixed in the corner—you can avoid blocking important content, adjust the panel as needed, and enjoy a smoother, more comfortable experience that adapts to how you actually work.

Intelligent Layer-by-Layer Drilldown for Faster Issue Isolation from AI Insights
AI Insights on the Energy Consumption Diagnosis tab of AI Reports & Insights page now features a "layer-by-layer drilldown" capability. When the AI identifies an object worth attention, it no longer stops at the alert. It can autonomously request child-level breakdown data, analyze the returned evidence, and progressively narrow down to the most likely next-level investigation target, with clear reasoning provided. It means you no longer need to manually click through every hierarchy level by trial and error. You can quickly move from a broad energy branch to a specific focus area, significantly shortening investigation time and making your analysis more efficient and evidence-based.

Operating Hours Insights Now Supports Portfolio-Level Monitoring Objects
Operating Hours Insights now extends its analysis object scope to support portfolio-level Monitoring Objects, allowing them to be enabled and selected with the same logic as Equipment Systems. You can roll out the feature across all sites by reusing existing defined structures, eliminating the need to recreate site-level Zone or Equipment System configurations—significantly reducing setup effort and accelerating deployment.
