1 Why is it very slow to load the 3D page? Why does the 3D Interface page not load? Please try refreshing the page first. If it still fails, please provide the following information to the Akila technical team:
1. Computer model, video card, CPU, memory
2. Browser type and version number
3. Console error message: Right-click the browser page, select 'Inspect', click 'Network', refresh the page, and take a screenshot of the console page
4. Open Windows cmd and run the ping command. Take a screenshot.
Note: The Akila technical team can also remotely log on to your computer to locate the problem if you agree.
2 Why is the number of alarms zero on the 3D Interface page after I set the alarm and alarm logs have been generated? Only alarms with a “high” alarm level will show on the 3D model, the alarms in the 3D model are intended to alert the user of the most urgent alarms.
3 How can I check the operation information of a location on the 3D model? 1. First, confirm that you can view "Go to Location" under "Overview Mode", which indicates there are associations between the platform and the model.
2. You need to add location monitoring points and associate them with corresponding meters on the Site Information - Monitoring Point Management page. The other way is to bind the location when adding IoT equipment.
4 How can I know the model locations are associated with locations on the Location Information page successfully? When the association symbol appears beside the location on the location tab of overview mode, it means the association is successful.
