Add Inspection Plan

  1. Click “Inspection Plan" tab and click "Add" on the top right corner
  2. Input "Plan Name"
  3. Select "Plan Type"
Note: Spot inspection is associated with equipment. Group inspection is associated with location.
  4. Select "Yes" or "No" under "Is Route?"
Note: If you select "Yes", the operators must carry out the tasks in the configured order. If you select "No", there are no requirements about the order of the tasks.
  5. Select "Location" for group inspection. Select "Location and Equipment Name" for spot inspection.
  6. Select "Job Class" and "Priority" configured on the Custom Configuration page.
  7. Select "Operator" configured on the User Management page.
  8. Select "Tag" configured on the Custom Configuration page.
  9. Set "Frequency Setting"
Note: The effective date indicates the start date of the inspection plan. You can choose not to set an end date; if no end date is set, the inspection will not conclude until you delete it. When selecting inspection times, the "End time" must be later than the "Start time," and you can select up to 8:00 AM the next day.

There should be no overlap in the times for frequency. For example, if you set up a daily inspection plan A with two frequencies set from 6:00 - 8:00 and 23:00 - 7:00 (the next day), it cannot be submitted because the latter overlaps with the time of the first inspection on the following day. However, if A is a three-day inspection plan, it can be successfully submitted because spanning days does not affect the next execution.
  10. Select "Holiday"
Note: It means if there are time overlap between the holiday and the inspection job time, the corresponding job will follow the holiday settings when "Skip the Work" option is selected. If you select "Holiday Inspection Time" under "Holiday Settings", you can select specific work time on holidays and then operators will carry out inspection jobs at that time on holiday.

If you see the holiday repeat interval is every year from MM-DD~MM-DD, it means the holiday setting will recur every year. If you see the holiday repeat interval is YYYY-MM-DD~ YYYY-MM-DD, it means the holiday setting will only occur in this time period.

You can also set multiple holidays within one inspection.
  11. Set the task about the equipment or location.
Note: If you configured the task about the location or equipment on the Task Group page, you can just select corresponding task. You can also add new task by clicking "Add Task Group".

Note: You can click "Preview" to view the inspection you configured before it generated inspection job.
