Load Analytics

Load rate is an important technical indicator for transformer. Over-high load ratio will increase sharply the load loss of the transformer, causing the temperature of the transformer to rise, which is very harmful to the operation and life of the transformer. Low load ratio will result in a waste of capacity at the same time, but also increase the operating costs. Load rate=Total active power/Power factor/Rated capacity. The steps for configuring the load factor are a step-by-step process to configure all these calculation factors.

You can use it to:

  • Manage load rate of all transformers.
  • View basic information of all transformer.

Configure Load Analytics

1.Add IOT Equipment 1.1 Add a meter that needs to be associated with the transformer and that has data points for PwrTotal and PwrFctrTotal.
2.Add Equipment 2.1 Add an equipment with its equipment type is "Ordinary Equipment" and ist sub-type should be "Transformer" on the Equipment Type page.

2.2 Fill in its rated capacity parameter on the Equipment Ledger page.
3.Add Monitoring Point 3.1 Add a monitoring point with its type as "Equipment and "Associated Type" as "Electricity Meter"

3.2 Select the physical equipment.

3.3 Select the associated meter.
Note: Please only associate one electricity meter with the equipment
