1	Why it is very slow to load 3D page? Why does the 3D Interface page does not load?	Please try refreshing the page first. If it still fails, please provide the following information to the Akila technical team​ 1.Computer model, video card, CPU, memory​ 2. Browser type and version number​ ​ 3.Console error message: right-click the browser page, select 'Check', click 'Network', refresh the page, take a screenshot of the console page 4. Open windows cmd order and carry out order ping. Take a screenshot. Note: Akila technical team can also log on your computer remotely to locate the problem if you agree.
2	Why the number of alarm is zero on the 3D Interface page after I set tha alarm and alarm log generated?	Because only alarms with a “high” alarm level will show on the 3D model, the alarms in the 3D model are intended to alert the user the most urgent alarms.
3	How to check operation information of a location on the 3d model?	1. Firstly, you need to confirm that you can view "Go to location" under the "Overview Mode", which means there are associations between platform and the model. 2. You need to add the location monitoring point and associate them with corresponding meters on the Site Information-Monitoring Point Management page.
4	How can I know the model locations are associated with locations on the Location Information page successfully?	When the association symbol appears beside the location on the location tab of overview mode, it means the association is successful.
