Inspection
Inspection plans are long-term, regularly scheduled tasks designed for daily routine patrol work related to locations.
You can use it to:
- Create and manage inspection plans.
- Monitor and track all inspection tasks.

Below is the inspection plan and job status explanation:

Add Inspection Plan
- Click "Add".
- Input "Plan Name".
- Select "Service Type".
- Select "Yes" or "No" under "Is Route?"
Note: If you select "Yes", the operators must carry out the tasks in the configured order. If you select "No", there are no requirements about the order of the tasks. - Select a location.
- Select a "Priority" configured on the Custom Configuration page.
- Select an "Operator" configured on the User Management page.
- Select a "Tag" configured on the Custom Configuration page.
- Set "Frequency Setting"
Note: The effective date indicates the start date of the inspection plan. You can choose not to set an end date; if no end date is set, the inspection will not conclude until you delete it. When selecting inspection times, the "End time" must be later than the "Start time," and you can select up to 8:00 AM the next day. There should be no overlap in the times for frequency. For example, if you set up a daily inspection plan A with two frequencies set from 6:00 - 8:00 and 23:00 - 7:00 (the next day), it cannot be submitted because the latter overlaps with the time of the first inspection on the following day. However, if A is a three-day inspection plan, it can be successfully submitted because spanning days does not affect the next execution. - Select "Holiday"
Note: It means if there are time overlap between the holiday and the inspection job time, the corresponding job will follow the holiday settings when "Skip the Work" option is selected. If you select "Holiday Inspection Time" under "Holiday Settings", you can select specific work time on holidays and then operators will carry out inspection jobs at that time on holiday. If you see the holiday repeat interval is every year from MM-DD~MM-DD, it means the holiday setting will recur every year. If you see the holiday repeat interval is YYYY-MM-DD~ YYYY-MM-DD, it means the holiday setting will only occur in this time period. You can also set multiple holidays within one inspection. - Set the task group for each location.Note: If you have configured location tasks on the Task Group page, you can simply select the corresponding task. You can also add new tasks by clicking "Add Task Group".
- Click "Submit".
Note: You can click "Preview" to view the inspection you configured before it generated inspection job.
Execute Inspection Job
- Click the "Inspection Job" tab.
- Filter "Assigned" inspection jobs.
- Click "Start Job" in the Actions column or enter the detail page to click the button.
- Complete all required tasks.Note: If the "Fail/Pass" result is "Fail" or a value exceeds the configured range, you must create an abnormal work order. For route inspections, you must execute inspection jobs following the location sequence. You can skip some locations, but the inspection job status will then become "Not Executed".
- Input notes and upload images (optional).
- Click "Submit".Note: You must execute and submit results before the scheduled completion time. However, if you have configured "Late Execution Settings" on the Custom Configuration page of the Maintenance suite, you can submit according to your settings.
Cancel Inspection Job
- Click the "Inspection Job" tab.
- Filter the "Assigned" inspection jobs.Note: Select "Assigned" under the "Job Status" field and click "Search".
- Find the inspection job you want to cancel.Note: If there is only one inspection job that needs to be cancelled, you can proceed to step 4. If there are multiple inspection jobs that need to be cancelled, you can select their checkboxes and click the "Batch Cancel" button, then proceed to step 5.
- Click "Cancel".
- Enter a cancellation reason.Note: The cancellation reason will be displayed on the inspection job detail page.
- Click "Confirm".Note: The inspection job status will change to "Cancelled".
Spot Check Inspection Job
- Click "Spot Check" in the "Actions" column.Note: Only "Executed" inspection jobs can be spot-checked. Once spot-checked, the button will no longer appear.
- Select "Fail" or "Pass".
- Sign your name.
- Click "Submit".Note: Each executed inspection job can only be spot-checked once.
