Document Management

You can use it to:

  • Manage and consolidate all documents in one place.
  • Centralize documents related to equipment and locations.

Add Document

  1. Click "+Add" in the top right corner.
  2. Select a document tag and click "Apply".
    Note: If no tags are available, you can create tags first and then select them.
  3. Drag and drop files into the dialog or select files from your computer.
    Note: You can upload up to 10 documents at a time, with a maximum size of 100MB per document.
  4. Click "Save".
    Note: You can click on a file name in the document list to preview it. However, if the file format is not supported for preview, it will be automatically downloaded upon clicking.

Edit Document

  1. Click the edit icon in the document list.
  2. Reselect a document tag.
    Note: You can click "Reset" to clear all tags.
  3. Click "Save".
