Document Management
You can use it to:
- Manage and consolidate all documents in one place.
- Centralize documents related to equipment and locations.
Add Document
- Click "+Add" in the top right corner.
- Select a document tag and click "Apply".Note: If no tags are available, you can create tags first and then select them.
- Drag and drop files into the dialog or select files from your computer.Note: You can upload up to 10 documents at a time, with a maximum size of 100MB per document.
- Click "Save".Note: You can click on a file name in the document list to preview it. However, if the file format is not supported for preview, it will be automatically downloaded upon clicking.
Edit Document
- Click the edit icon in the document list.
- Reselect a document tag.Note: You can click "Reset" to clear all tags.
- Click "Save".
