Load Analytics

Load rate is an important technical indicator for transformers. An excessively high load rate significantly increases transformer load losses, causing temperature rises that are harmful to transformer operation and lifespan. A low load rate results in capacity waste and increases operating costs. Load Rate = Total Active Power / Power Factor / Rated Capacity. The configuration process involves setting up all these calculation factors step by step.

You can use it to:

  • Monitor load rates for all transformers.
  • View basic information about all transformers.

Configure Load Analytics

1.Add IOT Equipment 1.1 Add a meter that needs to be associated with the transformer. The meter must have data points for PwrTotal and PwrFctrTotal.
2.Add Equipment 2.1 Add equipment with the equipment type set to "Ordinary Equipment" and the sub-type set to "Transformer" on the Equipment Type page.

2.2 Enter the rated capacity parameter on the Equipment Ledger page.
3.Add Monitoring Point 3.1 Add a monitoring point with its type set to "Equipment" and "Associated Type" set to "Electricity Meter".

3.2 Select the physical equipment.

3.3 Select the associated meter.
**Note:** Please associate only one electricity meter with the equipment.
