Maintenance Plan
Maintenance plans can generate long-term, regularly scheduled maintenance work orders for assets or equipment.
You can use it to:
- Automatically generate maintenance work orders.
- Ensure equipment receives proper maintenance.

| Maintenance Job | Work orders generated by the maintenance plan within the next 7 days. |
Below is the maintenance plan and job status explanation:
| Status | Description |
|---|---|
| Maintenance plan status | Not Started: The current date is before the effective date.Ongoing: The current date is on or after the effective date.Ended: The current date is past the end date. |
| Maintenance job status | Not Started: The work order status is "Created" or "Assigned".Ongoing: The work order status is "In Progress" or "On Hold".Executed: The work order status is "Executed" or "Closed".Cancelled: The work order status is "Cancelled" or "Returned". |
Add Maintenance Plan
- Click "Add"
- Input "Plan Name"
- Select "Priority" configured on the "General" tab of Custom Configuration page.
- Select "Equipment Location" and "Equipment Name"
- Select "WO Type" configured on the "Work Order Configuration" tab of Custom Configuration page.
- Select "Job Class" configured on the "General" tab of Custom Configuration page.
- Select "Internal" or "External" under "Resources".Note: If you select "Internal", you can select from enterprise users on the User Management page. If you select "External", you must first select a service provider and then can select from service provider users on the Service Provider Management page. You can also still select internal enterprise users.
- Select "Tag" configured on the Custom Configuration page.
- Set the frequency.Note: The effective date indicates when the maintenance plan will start. You can omit the end date, in which case the maintenance plan will continue until you delete it.
- Configure holidays.Note: If there is a time overlap between the holiday and the maintenance job schedule, no work order will be generated on overlapping days. If you see the holiday repeat interval is every year from MM-DD~MM-DD, it means the holiday setting will recur every year. If you see the holiday repeat interval is YYYY-MM-DD~ YYYY-MM-DD, it means the holiday setting will only occur in this time period.
- Configure the equipment tasks.Note: If you have configured equipment tasks on the Task Group page, you can simply select the corresponding task. You can also add new equipment tasks by clicking "Add Task Group".
- Click "Submit".
