Alarm Log

You can use it to:

  • View all alarms with status "In Effect" and their triggered alarm rules.
  • Quickly locate and filter alarm logs.
  • Create work orders from alarms.

Close Alarm Log

  1. Click "Close" in the Actions column of the list page.
    Note: You can also select the checkboxes in front of multiple alarm logs and click "Bulk Close" to batch close them.
  2. Enter a reason for the closure.
  3. Click "Confirm".

View Alarm Log

  1. Select the alarms you want to view.
    Note: You can search and filter by alarm type, alarm level, alarm log status, equipment, and location.
  2. Click "View" in the Actions column on the right.
  3. Select "Hour", "Day", or "Week" to view the time-series related data.
    Note: You can also click "Go to Time-series Analytics" to view more related data.
  4. You can click the alarm name to navigate to the alarm configuration page, or click the alarm object to navigate to the equipment detail page (optional).
    Note: You can also click an alarm log to view details on the current page.

Add Work Order

  1. Click "Add Work Order" on the alarm log list page or the alarm log detail page.
  2. Fill in the work order details.
  3. Click "Submit".
    Note: You can view the work order detail page by clicking the link under the WO Number on the Alarm Log Detail page. The creation source of this work order will be "Alarm-Manual".
