Work Order

You can use it to:

  • Make all actions about work order.

Add Work Order

  1. There are 3 entries to add a work order.
    Click "Add Work Order" on home page.
    Click "Scan" to scan a location/equipment QR code, and add a work order regarding that location/equipment.
    Go to detail page of an equipment, and add a work order.
  2. Select work order type and priority.
    Note: All of them are configured on the Maintenance-Custom Configuration page and Workspace-Custom Configuration page.
  3. Input content.
  4. Upload image and attachment.(Optional).
  5. Select location.
  6. Select equipment, equipment type, tag and input requester and notes.(Optional)
  7. Click "Submit".

Edit Work Order

Work orders can only be edited in the "Created" "Assigned" or "Completed" status.

Work Order Source Definition
Temporary Work Order Created not from maintenance plans, could be from service requests, etc.

Return Work Order

  1. Click "Work Order" on the home page or application page and enter the list page.
  2. Find the work order you need to return on the "Created" tab.
    Note: You can also find the work order on the to-do list of home page.
  3. Click "More Actions" on the bottom.
  4. Click "Return Work Order".
  5. Select a reason in the pop-up.
  6. Click "Confirm".

Cancel Work Order

  1. Click "Work Order" on the home page or application page and enter the list page.
  2. Find the work order you need to cancel on the "Created", "Assigned" and "Ongoing" tab.
    Note: You can also find the work order on the to-do list of home page.
  3. Click "More Actions" on the bottom.
  4. Click "Cancel Work Order".
  5. Input the reason.
  6. Click "Yes".

Assign Work Order

  1. Click "Work Order" on the home page or application page and enter the list page.
  2. Find the work order you need to assign on the "Created" tab.
    Note: You can also find the work order on the to-do list of home page.
  3. Click "Assign".
  4. Select "Internal" or "External".
    Note: If you select internal, you need to select the users added on the Enterprise User page. If you select external, you need to select the maintenance provider added on the Service Provider User page and then select internal operator(User added on the Enterprise User page)
  5. Select "Yes" or "No" under work permit required?
    Note: If you select "Yes", you must upload the work permit file.
  6. Click "Submit".

Reassign Work Order

  1. Click "Work Order" on the home page or application page and enter the list page.
  2. Find the work order you need to reassign on the "Assigned" tab.
    Note: You can also find the work order on the to-do list of home page.
  3. Click "Reassign"
  4. Select "Internal" or "External".
    Note: If you select internal, you need to select the users added on the Enterprise User page. If you select external, you need to select the maintenance provider added on the Service Provider User page and then select internal operator(User added on the Enterprise User page)
  5. Select "Job Class".
  6. Select "Yes" or "No" under work permit required?
  7. Click "Submit".

Transfer Work Order

  1. Click "Work Order" on the home page or application page and enter the list page.
  2. Find the work order you need to transfer on the "Assigned" tab.
    Note: You can also find the work order on the to-do list of home page.
  3. Click "More Actions".
  4. Click "Transfer".
    Note: You can view the button when you are the operator of the work order.
  5. Input "Reason for Transfer"
  6. Managers can reject transfer or reassign the work order.
    Note: If the transfer action is rejected, the original operator must carry out the work order. A work order can be transferred at most one time.

Carry Out Work Order

  1. Click "Work Order" on the home page or application page and enter the list page.
  2. Find the work order you need to carry out on the "Assigned" tab.
    Note: You can also find the work order on the to-do list of home page.
  3. Click "Satrt Work".
  4. Scan the QR code.
    Note: If you open the "Start Work" button on the Custom Configuration page, you need to scan the QR code. If not, you don't need to scan. Only equipment work order need to scan a QR code to start/finish work.
  5. Finish the tasks.
    Note: Only maintenance plan work orders need to 'finish tasks'
  6. Input the note and upload the image and attachment.(Optional)
  7. Select work hours and add part information. Add cost information (Optional)
  8. You can also view details of the work order and dial the number beside "Created By" in the "Other Information" tab.
  9. Click "Submit".

Evaluate Work Order

  1. Click "Work Order" on the home page or application page and enter the list page.
  2. Find the work order you need to evaluate on the "Executed" tab.
    Note: You can also find the work order on the to-do list of home page.
  3. Click "Evaluate".
  4. Select "Pass" or "Fail".
    Note:If you select "Pass", you need to sign your name. If you select "Fail", you need to input the reason.
  5. Click "Confirm".

Spot Check Work Order

  1. Click "Work Order" on the home page or application page and enter the list page.
  2. Find the work order you need to spot check on the "Closed" tab.
    Note: You can also find the work order on the to-do list of home page.
  3. Click "Spot Check".
  4. Select "Pass" or "Fail" on the pop-up.
    Note:If you select "Pass", you need optionally fill in the result description. If you select "Fail", you must fill in the result description.
  5. Click "Confirm"
    Note: If the result is "Fail", you can view the "Rework" button on the bottom. Then you can add a new work order related the old one that failed the spot check.

Add/Edit Work Order Comments

  1. Find the work order on the home page or application page and enter the list page.
  2. Click on the comment icon at the top right corner.
  3. Enter/edit the comment content at the bottom of the page.
  4. Upload images (optional)
    Note: You can upload a maximum of 8 images, with each image not exceeding 5MB.
  5. Click "Send".
