Meter Reading

Meter reading, as the name shows, it means you can manually upload meter's reading. It covers the scene that you don't have sensor or smart meter but needs to collect and manage meter data.

You can use it to:

• Upload traditional meter's usage data.

Term	Description
Coefficient	The coefficient is the variable ratio factor of the meter, and the usage calculation will multiply the coefficient by the meter reading data.

Add Meter Reading(Through meter reading feature on the app)

1. Add equipment type and select "Traditional Meter" as its type classification.
2. Add the equipment and select the equipment type you just added in the first step.
3. Click "Meter Reading" on the current page.
   Note: You need to add the meter with its equipment type classification belongs to "Traditional Meter", which means you finished the first two steps.
4. Find the meter on the list page or click "+Add Meter Reading" on the bottom of the page. Note: You can search by meter type and meter location to find the meter. If you click "+Add Meter Reading", you will view a meter list and you can find the corresponding meter.
5. Click "Add".
6. Input the reading and upload the image.
   Note: Please note that the current reading value must be larger than the previous one and you can upload it only one time a day. "Set this reading as the initial reading" means if the meter is under repair and needs to reset the reading number.
7. Click "Submit".

Add Meter Reading(Through inspection job)

1. Add inspection plan on the web.
   Note: Please select the equipment with its equipment type classification is "Traditional Meter".
2. Click "Inspection" tab on the home page or application page and find the inspection job.
3. Click "Start Job".
   Note: Only when the operator of the inspection job is yourself and reaches to the inspection start time can you view the "Start Job" button.
4. Input the meter reading and upload the image.
5. Click "Submit".
