Offline Work

Offline work, as the name shows, means inspection job with its status is "Created and Assigned" under "To-do Today" tab will be downloaded automatically and can be carried out when there is no internet.

You can use it to:

  • Carry out inspection job when there is no internet.

Carry out Offline Inspection Job

  1. Click "Offline Work".
    Note: Only when the schedule start time is later than the current time today can the inspection job be displayed on the offline work list.
  2. Click inspection job card.
  3. Click "Start Work".
  4. Finish the tasks.
    Note: Then the inspection job will display a "Pending Sync" label. When the internet recovers, the inspection job will automatically be synced to inspection job list. If there are "Sync failed" label, it means the inspection job executed time is later than the scheduled completion time or there are already other operators carrying out the inspection job； It may also be due to the inspection job being canceled; if an inspection work A was performed offline, and upon network recovery and data synchronization, it is found that A is already in a "Canceled" status, then synchronization will not be successful. The work can only be deleted from the offline list.
