Page General Layout

This is to explain all elements in the top navigation bar. Besides, the left side bar display all suites and modules of Akila, which are Digital Twin, Data Insights, Energy Management, Waste management, Maintenance management, Workspace management and Site Information. There will be more details about them in Web Manual

Term Description
Site On the top left of Site Management page. A site represents the specific address within a certain area of a city for a given client.You can search site name here and click one site to a specific site
General Settings On the bottom of the left hand column. Settings under client level. What you edit here will apply to every site.
Service Desk On the upper right corner of all pages. You can send your feedback here and can also view the user manual to help you know more about Akila. You can also click AI Assistant to ask any questions when using Akila. If no content input for more than 10 minutes, the session will end.
Language On the upper right corner of all pages. Current languages include Chinese, English(US), French, Japanese and Vietnamese.
Account On the upper right corner of all pages. You can view your account information here, reset your password, log out Akila and Download Akila App here.

Site Page Layout and Interaction

The leftmost navigation bar is for Portfolio Management, Site Management, and General Settings.

Term Description
Portfolio Management Portfolio Management includes Portfolio Analytics and Carbon Management. The Map Overview page in Portfolio Analytics allows you to view a collection of all site information and all functionality of the Carbon Management suite can be applied to all sites.
Site Management Site Management includes 3D Interface, Data Insights, Carbon Management, Energy Management, Waste Management, Maintenance Management, Workspace Management and Site Information. Upon purchasing different suites,you can view different suites and models.
General Settings What you configure here will be applied to every site.

On the left side bar, you can click every icon to enter the suite. When you hover over the icon, you can view its name. Now we have suite, module and sub-module for the menu structure.

Menu Page Interaction
Suite It is bolded on the head for suite name. If you click "x" beside the name or click the icon on the lower left, the menu list will be collapsed.
Module If you click "v" beside the module name, the sub-module list will be expanded.
Sub-Module If you click their name, you will enter the most detailed page.

Then when you entered the sub-module page, you can view some basic search filters for every page. Following explains two buttons under the filters.

Button Description
Reset Clear all filters you selected.Then you can re-select all filters.
Search You can click it after selecting all filters.Then the data that meet the requirements will be displayed in the list page.
