This enables your entire team to access key insights immediately and ensures consistent best practices across your organization, accelerating time to value.

Proactive Equipment Lifecycle Management

You can now input and track the expected end-of-life date for each equipment on the Equipment Ledger page, giving you a clear, centralized view of your equipment's complete lifecycle. This enhancement enables proactive planning for maintenance, replacement, and budgeting, helping to prevent unexpected downtime and optimize resource allocation.

WeChat OA Workflow Improvement

We have streamlined our service request workflow with key improvements: requesters can now evaluate completed service requests to ensure proper feedback to the front-line team, and all work order statuses are synchronized in real-time between the web platform and WeChat OA. This update ensures clear accountability, eliminates process ambiguity, and provides full visibility for both requesters and site managers.
